The Bi-component BC-90S is a two-component epoxy , solvent free, unfilled, quick and
rigid.
Excellent resistance to bases, dilute acids , and low solvent.
The structural bonding for mounting heterogeneous materials .
Can also repair quickly at low temperature (near 0°C).
Treatment
Hand or mixer / dispensing devices application. Apply quickly. Environmental  temperature. Final properties and maximum resistances are achieved by a complete curing ,
after 24 hours . A good bond is achieved however within 2 hours ; the final part can
be handled after 30 minutes . If curing is carried out at high temperature the better
performance is obtained with the binding at 40 ° C for a few hours .
Typical Applications
Wood, hardwood , metal, ceramic , glass, stone , ceramic , cement and marble.
Not suitable for polyethylene , polypropylene , rigid PVC and PTFE .
For other plastic binding performance has to be tested before use : may be necessary
pretreat substrates with mechanical or plasma pretreatment .
