The solvent-free components and mono polymerized at room temperature in absence of oxygen and in contact with a metal which catalyzes the reaction to form a high molecular weight polymer sonadhesivos anaerobic . Withstands shock, vibration , high pressure and most chemicals.

Retains threaded parts such as screws and nuts. Avoids movements on threaded parts when under axial or lateral dynamic loads. Can also support vibration and impacts.

The vibrations are usually the reason for the higher number of failures on threaded unions . Using our retainers adhesives threaded components will have a longer shelf life. Our anaerobic adhesives maintain tension of the thread and prevent the loss of pressure therein .

A perfect seal is obtained without retighten, in addition the spaces between the threads will be protected from corrosion. Our liquid anaerobic adhesives are applied directly from the tube / bottle. After piecing together, the resin polymerizes  creating a mono-block binding . It is important to wet the threaded surface to assure proper pressure distribution.
