Activator
The MagmontActivator speeds up the polymerization of cyanoacrylatesadhesives. Recommended in the following cases:
 

• Environment unfavourable atmosphere coldor high humidity reliable
• Getting involved in important porous materials
• Inert surfaces (acid)

 
Unlike a primeractivatornot usually improves adherence, but it ensures good polymerization of the adhesive.

Application: High viscosity. Suitable for porous materials such as MDF, wood, etc.. Impact resistant, not easily detached. 


Cyanoacrylates areone-component adhesives without solvents which harden within seconds upon contact with atmospheric moisture to form a thermoplastic polymer. This reaction, however, is perfect for that very thin film of glue on small areas and basic room temperature.

methods:
 
Cyanoacrylateadhesivescure in seconds at room temperature with excellent adhesion to most materials. The ideal conditions for bonding are:

• Temperature between 20 º C and 30 º C
• Humidity of 40% to 70%
• neutral pH <7
• Ideal thickness: 0.02mm (max. 0.2mm)
